Sally and George, brother and sister, move to Cape Street with their adoptive parents. On their first night, they witness an alien overlord, General Swipe, round up humans and imprison superheroes. Ash, their new friend, leads them to the Hero Agency, a clandestine bureau for failed superheroes. Together, they form a plan to save the day.
